It's a well known fact that the majority of buyers begin their search for a home on the internet. But placing your home on a single website is not enough. There are many platforms for internet access that buyers prefer to use, and your home must be placed in as many as possible. These include a variety of websites and social media, accessible from a computer or cell phone. Additionally, marketing your home to a network of realtors, affiliates, entrepreneurs, clients and customers both personally and via email are critical to your success.
Easy exit listing
We don't want you to feel trapped; rather we want a positive and solid working experience with you. You are in full control of the listing agreement.
· No-hassle listing contract: If your plans change you can cancel the listing at any time at no charge. Just give us five days to pick up the sign, take off the lock box, and pull the property from the MLS. That's all there is to it.
· No administrative fees: You select the services and marketing plan from our menu. We only earn a commission when we find a buyer for your home.
· Commission pledge: Colorado Front Range Properties will not take a commission if you find your own buyer while we have the property listed. However, this does not apply for buyers exposed to your home by our marketing efforts, MLS, or another broker.
